What is Questornaires?
An audio-visual podcast made and hosted by Questors members to give you all the details
of our upcoming playhouse and studio shows, as well as taking a look inside the exciting
lives of our members.
OUR Guests
In this month’s episode, we are joined by actors from this season’s plays, Catherine Luff, who
plays Sarah in Harold Pinter’s The Lover and Amy Green, who plays Brooke in Michael Frayn’s Noises Off, as
they take us through their experience as Questors members into the vastly different worlds of their
shows. Catherine tells us about her dark journey into Pinter’s comedy of menace, while Amy
lightens the mood with her first experiences acting in a farce.
Our special guest this episode is Pamela Major, a longtime Questors member last seen
playing Maureen in Mark Ravenhill’s The Cane. Pamela is fresh off the West End from
Robert Icke’s Romeo & Juliet, starring alongside Sadie Sink and Noah Jupe. She tells us
about her history with the theatre, how she got her Romeo and Juliet role through iQ, and
how the West End experience compares to performing at The Questors.
What else?
Sandwiched between these two segments is the first episode of a multi-episode comedy
serial, Prompt Corner, written by Douglas Willis and Paula Robinson. Expect a farce based
on the backstage antics that Questors members will know all too well!
A new episode of the podcast will air each month, with a different actor, director, or crew member
representing their show. Next month’s episode will focus on Romeo and Juliet and Faith
Healer.
Questornaires was founded by Douglas Willis, who is supported by a fantastic production
team (including me on camera and editing) and our regular hosts, award-winning
playwright James Rushbrook and Grapevine committee member, Kenza Hurley.
