Terms of Booking

Tickets for productions at The Questors Theatre are on sale to the public. Here are the terms and conditions that apply when booking Questors productions. Please note other terms may apply to productions by outside companies.

DISCOUNTS

Season Pass holders are entitled to discounted ticket prices for most productions. Season Pass tickets are not transferable. Other discounts may be offered and will carry their own terms and conditions.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions (where applicable) are available to anyone aged 65 and over, full-time students, state benefit claimants and Ealing Leisure Pass holders. Evidence may be requested.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a strict no-refund policy unless we have to cancel a performance.

Members who return tickets can receive a credit on their Questors account and can use this to pay for a future show at our theatre. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Non-members may exchange their ticket for another performance of the same show, subject to availability. If the ticket prices are higher than your original purchase, the extra cost will be charged. If the ticket price is lower than your original purchase, the difference will be considered a donation to the theatre. Exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to an event.


UNDER 16S

Children under the age of 3 are permitted to sit on an adult’s lap and do not need a separate ticket for Questors Productions – please check with visiting companies for their terms of booking. All children age 3 and over are required to have their own ticket. Not all productions are suitable for young children – see individual events for age recommendations. Parents and carers must use their own discretion when deciding what productions their children attend.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Discounted tickets are usually available to groups of 7 or more when booked at the same time.

School bookings
Special prices are available to school parties for certain designated performances. For more details contact our Box Office at boxoffice@questors.org.uk.

ERRORS

Tickets should be checked at the time of purchase, as mistakes cannot be rectified later.

LATECOMERS

Latecomers will usually not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Some productions do not allow for any latecomers to be admitted.

ADMISSION

The management may refuse admission to ticketholders or ask them to leave, for the benefit of other members of the audience or the smooth running of a performance.

ADVERTISED PROGRAMME

The management may alter the advertised programme in unforeseen circumstances.
