The Questors Theatre is open from Monday to Sunday. Please note that specific areas have different opening hours and that as the box office and bar are run by volunteers these may vary due to availability.

Office
Our regular office opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm
- However, please do call ahead if there is a member of staff you need to see as each employee’s working hours vary
Box Office
You can buy tickets from Box Office in person or over the phone during the hours below. Please note we no longer accept cash. Alternatively, you can book through the website at any time.
- Monday to Friday: 11am–1pm
- On evenings where there is no show on, the Box Office opens Wednesday to Friday 6.30pm-8pm
- When there is a show on, the Box Office opens 60 minutes before the start of the show and closes shortly after the show begins
The Grapevine Bar
Located downstairs, opposite Box Office.
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00pm-11:00pm
- Sunday: 1:00pm-3:00pm

We love welcoming the next generation of theatregoers to our spaces. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone in the auditorium, please note our standard ticketing rules:
Under 3s (Lap Seats)
Children under the age of three are permitted to sit on an adult’s lap free of charge and do not require a separate ticket for Questors in-house productions. For visiting or touring companies, please check their specific terms of booking before arrival.
Ages 3 and Over
All children aged 3 and over are required to have their own allocated seat and a valid ticket.
Age Suitability
Not all productions are suitable for young children or babies. Please check individual event pages for age recommendations, running times, and content warnings.

The Questors Theatre is located in Ealing Broadway, and the theatre is a short walk from Ealing Broadway station which is served by the District, Central and Elizabeth Lines. There is also a small car park on site and street parking nearby.
More about getting hereDoors usually open around 15 minutes before a performance commences. Please make sure you arrive in plenty of time as latecomers cannot always be admitted.
Our Box Office does not accept cash payments, but our bar and café do.
If you arrive late and the performance has already begun, please find a member of front of house staff who will assist you. Latecomers can sometimes be admitted at a suitable point in the show, however some shows do not allow latecomers so please leave plenty of time for your journey.
