Success Stories

The Questors’ Youth Theatre programme and later their amazing support for, and productions of, my early work was invaluable in helping me develop my voice, build my confidence and trust my instincts as a dramatist.

Sebastian Baczkiewicz, playwright and scriptwriter

Questors was really my first introduction to theatre. From first performing as a member of the Youth Theatre to later working backstage as a teenager. Questors provided me with a huge opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills, something I continue to be grateful for. I now work professionally as costume and puppet maker.

Shaan Latif-Shaikh, costume and puppet maker

Questors was the reason my parents moved to Ealing before starting a family in the 1960s. From a very small child emerging onto the stage in The Good Person of Szechuan, through many years attending the Youth Theatre, The Questors’ energy, creativity and striving for excellence set me on the path to a successful and varied career in theatre, radio, television and film. The Questors was both my training and my inspiration.

Abigail Cruttenden, actress

Our grandchildren attend Questors Youth Theatre and it has been rewarding to watch them develop from shy children to confident stage performers. Thank you Questors!
