The Roman Empire is starting to crack at the seams. There is great concern that the ‘triple pillar of the world,’ Mark Antony, is now languishing in Egypt and in a relationship with Queen Cleopatra.

How to lure this reputable Roman back to his homeland? Octavius Caesar, his onetime ally, now political rival, has an idea… Can the Queen of the Nile retain her empire and keep Antony close to her? They underestimate Cleopatra at their peril. Yet this illustrious couple thought they had all the time in the world…
