Complete the enrolment form below to apply for your young person’s place. Whether they are looking to perform, build confidence or just have fun in weekly sessions, we look forward to welcoming them.
To join Questors Youth Theatre, please complete the form below. This will automatically add your details to our database, so please check the information carefully before you submit.
Your application will automatically be acknowledged by email, so please check to make sure you receive it (including in your junk folder).
We will send you an offer email as soon as a place is available. Please note that we do have waiting lists for most classes, but we will try our best to fit you in. In the meantime, why not join us at one of our holiday workshops?

- Waiting Lists: Demand is high. While we have lists for most classes, we work hard to find a spot for every applicant as quickly as possible.
- Dreams in Motion: If applying for our specialist class for children with disabilities, please submit this form first, then email us so we can discuss your child’s specific needs.
