The Questors TheatreKing Arthur & the Twelfth Knight
by James RushbrookeEaling's annual Christmas Pantomime returns!
Drayton’s Court is abuzz. King Arthur, Queen Guinevere and their retinue are coming to Ealing on their quest to find the mystical Twelfth Knight of the Round Table. Lord Drayton’s headstrong daughter Esme is convinced it could be her, if only she’s given a chance. So she hatches a clever plan to swap identities with happy-go-lucky kitchen boy Ivor Sideways.
When Morgana La Fey overthrows the Court and bewitches Arthur, the
residents of Ealing are forced to fight for their lives against the
forces of darkness. Will Esme and Lancelot find Merlin and break
Morgana’s spell? How long will Esme’s socks stay in position? Can this
merry band of misfits save King Arthur and Christmas? And most important
of all; will renowned head chef and medieval ‘It Girl’ Eileen Sideways
get round to telling Ivor who his father really is?
Find out this Christmas at our highly celebrated annual Pantomime, written by Papatango Award-winning playwright James Rushbrooke.
