Welcome to The Questors Theatre in Ealing, London

Here you can watch new and popular plays every week. We deliver a full season of professional-quality productions and provide a performance venue for touring theatre companies. Anyone can get involved; become a Questors member and take part in everything from acting and directing to lighting, front of house and stage design. We also deliver theatre training for all ages; find out about our Academy and Youth Theatre.

The hardest thing to become is yourself

Peer Gynt is a dreamer.

Sometimes his dreams come true. Sometimes his nightmares.

Ibsen’s charismatic anti-hero travels through realms fantastic and real, on an extravagant journey from youth to old age and death. On the way he encounters lovers, trolls, thieves, Bedouin princesses, lunatics and phantasms, while holding to the maxim ‘To hell with all others - to thyself be enough.’

But is it enough to become yourself?

Suitable for ages 12 +.

Running time: 2 hours 15 mins (including interval).
