Welcome to The Questors Theatre in Ealing, London

Here you can watch new and popular plays every week. We deliver a full season of professional-quality productions and provide a performance venue for touring theatre companies. Anyone can get involved; become a Questors member and take part in everything from acting and directing to lighting, front of house and stage design. We also deliver theatre training for all ages; find out about our Academy and Youth Theatre.

Erotic drama of sexual fantasy vs marital stability

During a rare British heatwave Becky, a school teacher on her summer vacation and newly pregnant, is screaming with frustration at the lack of marital intimacy as her husband John is more interested in reading baby manuals in bed than satisfying his wife's sexual desires.

When Becky buys herself a bike for getting around the village, her whole life goes into a spin.

This study of marriage and pregnancy - and what it means to be a woman who feels she is losing her sexual identity to motherhood - is sometimes funny and at times savagely provocative.
