A Questors ProductionJulius Caesar
William ShakespeareA modern reimagining of Shakespeare’s classic...
Populism. Polarisation. Post-Truth. Caesar returns to Rome in triumph and is set to tear the Republic apart. The Senators, Brutus and Cassius, conspire to assassinate him to save their democracy; but with no plan for what comes after. Differing motives soon become apparent when principles collide with jealousies and an inescapable political truth. The ambitious Mark Antony turns public opinion against the assassins and plunges the state into civil war.
