Performance combat is the art and craft of portraying violence on stage and screen in a way that is safe, controlled, and repeatable.
As well as being a valuable tool for actors, performance combat offers an engaging way to explore movement, coordination, and cooperation, even for those who do not intend to use these skills in performance.
