Beauty and the Beast tells the story of Belle, a spirited young woman who yearns to escape her life in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson before the last petal falls from an enchanted rose, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.
The Beast’s enchanted household--populated by such beloved characters as Mrs. Potts, Lumiere, Cogsworth, and Chip--watch anxiously as Belle and the Beast grow to understand and befriend one another. Will they confess their love for one another before it is too late?
