Alex is the current director of The Questors Youth Theatre, and has taught on the programme for twenty years. Alex is a qualified teacher (PGCE: University of Greenwich). He has run workshops and masterclasses for a range of organisations and is a recurring guest tutor for the Royal Shakespeare Company Open Stages Project. Alex is also lecturer in stage design, construction and painting for the University of West London and Kingston College. Since graduating (BA Hons in Theatre Design: Wimbledon School of Art), Alex has designed over 150 productions for fringe, regional, touring, site-specific and West End venues. He is Resident Designer and Deputy Chief Executive at the Finborough Theatre.

Michelle has been part of the team for the last two years having performed from a young age and went on to study Musical Theatre graduating in 2010 gaining many ISTD Dance Teaching Qualifications. 

She has a wealth of knowledge working in the theatre industry including the role of Company Manager for a Theatre Degree Course. She has also taught at many schools and colleges as well as choreograph for local Amdram companies, most recently working on The Questors Pantomimes and directing and choreographing our in-house production of 'My Fair Lady' in March 2025.
